Abstract

Latar Belakang : nyeri persalinan merupakan hal yang fisiologis memasuki masa persalinan, tetapi persalinan yang tidak terkemdali dapat menyebabkan kecemasan dan berdampak pada persalinan lama bahkan beberapa ibu mminta untuk dilakukan SC karena tidak tahan dengan nyerinya. Salah satu upaya non farmakologi yang bisa digunakan adalah pijat endorphin karena merangsang hormone endorphin. Tujuan Penelitian : Mengetahui pengaruh endorphin massage terhadap nyeri post SC pada Ibu bersalin di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Balikpapan. Metode : Penelitian ini termasuk pada penelitian quasi eksperimen, dengan pendekatan rancangan desain one group pretest – posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang melahirkan dengan post sectio caesarea di RS Pertamina Balikpapan dengan jumlah 215 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah consecutive Sampling, sampel sejumlah 17 ibu post SC, alat pengumpulan data menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale, teknik analisa data bivariat menggunakan uji paired t test Hasil : Didapatkan intensitas nyeri pada ibu post operasi Sectio Caesarea sebelum dilakukan Endorphin Massage dengan rata-rata nyeri 6,76. Intensitas sesudah dilakukan Endorphin Massage dengan rata-rata nyeri 3,94. Terdapat pengaruh Endorphin Massage terhadap intensitas nyeri pada ibu post Sectio Caesarea di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Balikpapan dengan nilai p value 0,000. Kesimpulan : Terdapat pengaruh Endorphin Massage terhadap intensitas nyeri pada ibu post Sectio Caesarea di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Balikpapan. Background: labor pain is a physiological thing during labor, but uncontrolled labor can cause anxiety and result in prolonged labour, some mothers even ask for a CS because they cannot stand the pain. One non-pharmacological measure that can be used is endorphin massage because it stimulates the hormone endorphin. Research Objectives: To determine the effect of endorphin massage on post-SC pain in women giving birth at Pertamina Balikpapan Hospital. Method: This research is considered quasi-experimental research, with a one group pretest – posttest design approach. The population in this study were all mothers who gave birth by post caesarean section at Pertamina Balikpapan Hospital with a total of 215 people. The sampling technique was consecutive sampling, a sample of 17 post-SC mothers, the data collection tool used the Numeric Rating Scale, the bivariate data analysis technique used the paired t test Results: It was found that the intensity of pain in mothers after Sectio Caesarea surgery before Endorphin Massage was carried out with an average pain of 6.76. The intensity after Endorphin Massage was carried out with an average pain of 3.94. There was an influence of Endorphin Massage on the intensity of pain in mothers post Sectio Caesarea at Pertamina Hospital Balikpapan..
