Abstract

Kemacetan lalu lintas tidak hanya terjadi di wilayah perkotaan, tetapi juga mulai dirasakan di daerah pedesaan, khususnya pada jalur utama penghubung antar desa. Kondisi ini dapat menghambat mobilitas masyarakat serta distribusi logistik antarwilayah. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, Penelitian ini secara khusus merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem prediksi kemacetan di jalan desa dengan memanfaatkan data historis lalu lintas, kondisi cuaca, dan aktivitas masyarakat sebagai parameter utama. Metode klasifikasi yang digunakan adalah algoritma Rule-Based System. Hasil dari sistem ini dapat digunakan oleh pemerintah desa atau pengelola transportasi lokal untuk mengambil tindakan preventif, seperti pengaturan jadwal distribusi logistik atau pengerahan petugas lalu lintas. Pengujian sistem dilakukan di salah satu desa di wilayah Jawa Tengah, dengan akurasi prediksi sebesar 87%. Hasil ini menunjukkan potensi sistem dalam membantu pengelolaan lalu lintas di desa Kata kunci: Prediksi Kemacetan, Jalan Desa, Laravel Framework, Lalu Lintas, Rule-Based System
