Abstract

Latar belakang : Gastritis merupakan suatu peradangan mukosa lambung yang di sebabkan oleh helicobakteria pylori yang dapat bersifat akut, kronik difus atau lokal. Gastritis dapat disebabkan faktor psikologi. Produksi asam lambung akan meningkat pada keadaan stress seperti beban pekerjaan yang berlebihan, cemas, takut atau terburu-buru. Tujuan: mengetahui Hubungan tingkat stres dengan kejadian gastritis di Puskesmas Bawen Metode: Desain penelitian ini kuantitatif deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan case control. Populasi berjumlah 149 pasien dengan jumlah sampel 60 responden pada kelompok kasus yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling dan 60 responden pada kelompok kontrol yang diambil dengan teknik accedental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner DASS 42 dan data rekam medis. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil : tingkat stres pada kelompok kasus sebagian besar mengalami stres sedang- berat sebnayak 43 responden (71,7%) dan pada kelompok kontrol sebagian besar mengalami stres normal-ringan sebanyak 36 responden. Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat stress dengan kejadian gastritis di Puskesmas Bawen Kecamatan Bawen, dengan responden yang mengalami stress sedang-berat 3.794 kali berisiko menderita gastritis dengan p value 0,000 Saran : diharapkan pihak puskesmas dapat memberikan edukasi terkait dengan pola makan dan cara-cara dalam mengatasi stres agar kejadian gastritis tidak meningkat Background : Gastritis is an inflammation of the gastric mucosa caused by Helicobacter pylori which can be acute, chronic diffuse or local. Gastritis can be caused by psychological factors. Stomach acid production will increase in stressful situations such as excessive workload, anxiety, or fear. Objective: to determine the correlation between stress levels and gastritis at Bawen Public Health Center Method: The research design was quantitative descriptive analytic with case control approach. The population consisted of 149 patients with the total samples of 60 respondents in the case group taken by purposive sampling technique and 60 respondents in the control group taken by the accidental sampling technique. Data collection used the DASS 42 questionnaire and medical record data. Data analysis used the chi square test. Results: The stress levels in the case group mostly experienced moderate-severe stress as many as 43 respondents (71.7%) and in the control group mostly experienced normal-mild stress as many as 36 respondents. There was a significant correlation between the level of stress and the gastritis at Bawen Public Health Center, Bawen District, with the respondents who experienced moderate to severe stress 3,794 times at the risk of suffering from gastritis with p value of 0.000 Suggestion: It is hoped that the Puskesmas (Public Health Center) can provide education related to diet and ways to deal with stress so that the incidence of gastritis does not increase
