Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pentingnya imunisasi HB0 pada bayi adalah untuk melindunginya dari infeksi yang disebabkan oleh ibu yang HBsAgnya positif. Jika bayi terinfeksi virus hepatitis B, maka dapat merusak hati bayi Anda dan menyebabkan kanker hati. Oleh karena itu, pemberian imunisasi HB0 pada bayi dapat mencegah paparan virus hepatitis. Tujuan penelitian : Untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang imunisasi HB0 dengan sikap ibu dalam pemberian imunisasi HB0 pada bayi usia 0-7 hari di RSU Balikpapan Baru tahun 2023. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester 3 yang datang melakukan pemeriksaan ANC sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan Acciedental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner, Analisis data menggunakan analisis Korelasi Spearman Rho. Hasil Penelitian : Didapatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil trimester 3 tentang imunisasi HB0 pada bayi usia 0-7 hari hampir seluruh dari responden dengan pengetahuan baik sebesar (90,0%). Sikap ibu hamil trimester 3 dalam pemberian imunisasi HB0 hampir seluruh dari responden memiliki sikap positif sebesar (90,0%). Diperoleh dari hasil uji korelasi Spearman Rho yang menunjukkan p value sebesar <0,001 (p <0,05). Nilai koefisiensi korelasi yaitu sebesar 0,999 menunjukkan korelasi positif dengan kekuatan hubungan sangat kuat. Simpulan : Terdapat hubungan sangat kuat pengetahuan ibu tentang imunisasi HB0 dengan sikap ibu dalam pemberian imunisasi HB0 pada bayi usia 0-7 hari. Background: The importance of HB0 immunization in infants is to protect them from infection caused by HBsAg positive mothers. If your baby is infected with the hepatitis B virus, it can damage your baby's liver and cause liver cancer. Therefore, giving HB0 immunization to infants can prevent exposure to the hepatitis virus. The purpose of the study : To determine the relationship between the level of maternal knowledge about HB0 immunization and maternal attitudes in giving HB0 immunization to infants aged 0-7 days at RSU Balikpapan Baru in 2023. Research Method: This research is a quantitative research using Cross Sectional approach design. The population in this study was 3rd trimester pregnant women who came to do ANC examination as many as 30 people. The sampling technique in this study used Acciedental Sampling with a total of 30 samples. This research instrument uses questionnaires, data analysis using Spearman Rho Correlation analysis. Research Results: Obtained knowledge of 3rd trimester pregnant women about HB0 immunization in infants aged 0-7 days almost all of the respondents with good knowledge of (90.0%). The attitude of 3rd trimester pregnant women in giving HB0 immunization almost all of the respondents had a positive attitude of (90.0%). Obtained from the results of the Spearman Rho correlation test which shows a p value of <0.001 (p <0.05). The correlation coefficient value of 0.999 shows a positive correlation with very strong relationship strength. Conclusion : There is a very strong relationship between maternal knowledge about HB0 immunization and maternal attitudes in giving HB0 immunization to infants aged 0-7 days.
