Abstract

Latar Belakang: Sectio caesarea merupakan salah satu prosedur persalinan dengan pembedahan karena persalinan pervaginam dinilai tidak aman atau tidak memungkinkan bagi ibu maupun janin. Sectio caesarea dapat menimbulkan dampak fisik dan psikologis seperti kecemasan. Untuk mencegah kecemasan pada ibu post sectio caesaera membutuhkan dukungan suami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan suami dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu post sectio caesarea di Puskesmas Kedungwuni II Kabupaten Pekalongan. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan survai analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu post sectio caesarea di Puskesmas Kedungwuni II Kabupaten Pekalongan dengan rata-rata per bulan 38 orang. Sampel penelitian yaitu ibu post sectio caesarea di Puskesmas Kedungwuni II Kabupaten Pekalongan sebanyak 38 orang dengan teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuseioner dukungan suami dan kecemasan Postpartum Specific Anxiety Scale (PSAS). Analisa data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan chi square. Hasil: Sebagian besar yaitu 26 orang (68,4%) mendapatkan dukungan suami yang kurang dalam menyusui dan sebagian besar yaitu 21 orang (55,3%) mengalami kecemasan ringan. Ada hubungan dukungan suami dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu post sectio caesarea dalam menyusui di Puskesmas Kedungwuni II Kabupaten Pekalongan dengan p value 0,004. Simpulan: Dukungan sosial yang diberikan pada ibu post sectio caesarea berhubungan dengan tingkat kecemasan post sectio caesarea. Saran: Suami perlu memberikan dukungan untuk mengurangi kecemasan pada ibu post sectio caesarea sehingga keberhasilan menyusui dapat tercapai. This study aimed to determine the relationship between husband's support and the level of anxiety of post sectio caesarean mothers at Public Health Center Kedungwuni II, Pekalongan Regency. There was correlation between husband's support and anxiety level of post sectio caesarean mothers in breastfeeding at Public Health Center Kedungwuni II Pekalongan Regency with p value 0.004. Conclusion: Social support provided to post sectio caesarean mothers was associated with post sectio caesarean anxiety level. Suggestion: Husbands need to provide support to reduce anxiety in mothers who have undergone caesarean sections so that breastfeeding can be successful.
