Abstract

Latar belakang: Kesehatan reproduksi menjadi salah satu tujuan dari SDG’s yang harus diperhatikan oleh setiap bangsa termasuk Indonesia. Di Indonesia angka kejadian pada tahun 2018 dilaporkan sebanyak 13.310 wanita menderita kista ovarium dengan angka kematian hingga 3,8%. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara usia dan paritas dengan kejadian kista ovarium Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasi dengan pendekatan case control. Populasi pada penelitian ini yakni pasien rawat jalan di poli kandungan RSU Balikpapan Baru pada bulan Januari - Agustus 2023.dengan besar sampel 51 responden untuk kelompok kasus dan 51 responden untuk kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Analisis data diolah menggunakan uji chi-square Hasil : Sebagian besar usia wanita dengan kejadian kista Ovarium yakni ibu yang berusia >35 tahun sebanyak 55 responden (53.9%). Sebagian besar paritas wanita dengan kejadian kista ovarium yakni ibu dengan paritas Nullipara sebanyak 41 responden (40.2%). Hasil uji chi square hubungan antara usia dan paritas dengan kejadian kista ovarium di dapatkan masing-masing nilai p value 0,012 dan 0,028 (p = <0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara usia dan kejadian kista ovarium di RSU Balikpapan Baru Kesimpulan: ada hubungan antara usia dan paritas dengan kejadian kista ovarium di RSU Balikpapan Baru. Background: Reproductive health is one of the goals of SDG's that must be considered by every nation including Indonesia. In Indonesia, the incidence rate in 2018 was reported as many as 13,310 women suffering from ovarian cysts with a mortality rate of up to 3.8%. Objective: Determine the relationship between age and parity with the incidence of ovarian cysts Method: The type of research used is quantitative correlation with case control approach. The population in this study is outpatients at the gynaecology poly of RSU Balikpapan Baru in January - August 2023.with a sample size of 51 respondents for the case group and 51 respondents for the control group. Data collection in this study used secondary data. Data analysis was processed using chi-square test Results: Most of the age of women with ovarian cyst incidence is mothers aged >35 years as many as 55 respondents (53.9%). Most of the parity of women with ovarian cyst incidence was mothers with Nullipara parity as many as 41 respondents (40.2%). The results of the chi square test of the relationship between age and parity with the incidence of ovarian cysts were obtained respectively p value 0.012 and 0.028 (p = <0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between age and the incidence of ovarian cysts at RSU Balikpapan Baru Conclusion: There is an association between age and parity with the incidence of ovarian cysts at RSU Balikpapan Baru.
