Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang : AKI di Indonesia saat ini masih tinggi yang disebabkan karena kehamilan dan persalinan. Ibu hamil trimester I, II dan III memiliki resiko tinggi kehamilan yang akhirnya harus dirujuk kerumah sakit karena beresiko pada ibu dan janin. Tahun 2023 terdapat 79 kasus rujukan ibu hamil di Puskesmas Manggar ke rumah sakit. Tujuan Penelitian : Mengetahui deskripsi kasus rujukan ibu hamil di Puskesmas Manggar Balikpapan Tahun 2023. Metode : Pada metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh rujukan ibu hamil trimester I, II, III yang tercatat di Puskesmas Manggar Balikpapan sebanyak 79 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sampel sejumlah 79 orang. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan Deskripsi kasus rujukan kehamilan pada trimester I di Puskesmas Manggar Balikpapan Tahun 2023 sebagian besar adalah abortus sebanyak 75%. Mendeskripsikan kasus rujukan kehamilan pada trimester II di Puskesmas Manggar Balikpapan Tahun 2023 sebagian besar adalah gemelli yaitu 60%. Mendeskripsikan kasus rujukan kehamilan pada trimester III di Puskesmas Manggar Balikpapan Tahun 2023 sebagian besar yaitu Ketuban Pecah Dini yaitu 31,4%. Kesimpulan : resiko tinggi terjadi pada kehamilan trimester I, II dan III yang menyebabkan rujukan kehamilan. Abstract Background: MMR in Indonesia is currently still high due to pregnancy and childbirth. Pregnant women in the first, second and third trimesters have a high risk of pregnancy and ultimately have to be referred to hospital because of the risk to the mother and fetus. In 2023 there will be 79 cases of referral of pregnant women at the Manggar Community Health Center to hospital. Research Objective: To find out the description of referral cases for pregnant women at the Manggar Balikpapan Community Health Center in 2023. Method: This research method uses descriptive research methods. The population in this study was all 79 referrals of pregnant women in the first, second and third trimesters recorded at the Manggar Balikpapan Community Health Center. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, a sample of 79 people. Results: Based on the research results, it was found that the description of pregnancy referral cases in the first trimester at the Manggar Balikpapan Community Health Center in 2023 was mostly abortion, 75%. Describes pregnancy referral cases in the second trimester at the Manggar Balikpapan Community Health Center in 2023, most of which are gemelli, namely 60%. Describes the referral cases of pregnancy in the third trimester at the Manggar Balikpapan Community Health Center in 2023, most of which are premature rupture of membranes, namely 31.4%. Conclusion: high risk occurs in the first, second and third trimesters of pregnancy which causes pregnancy referral.
