Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: AKI kematian masih tinggi, salah satunya disebabkan karena preeklampsia. Kasus preeklampsia di RS Balikpapan Baru mengalami peningkatan dari tahun 2021 sebesar 8,8% menjadi 12,3% tahun 2022 dan tahun 2023 menjadi 13,6%. Penyebab preeklampsia terbanyak diantaranya usia, paritas, IMT dan riwayat penyakit Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan kejadian pre eklampsi pada ibu bersalin di Rumah Sakit Balikpapan Baru tahun 2023. Metode: Jenis penelitian analitik korelatif yaitu metode yang menjelaskan suatu keadaan dan melihat hubungan sebab akibat dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang melahirkan dengan kejadian preeklampsia di ruang bersalin Rumah Sakit Balikpapan Baru tahun 2023 periode Januari-Agustus 2023 sebanyak 453 orang dengan jumlah kasus pre eklampsi sebanyak 63 orang sampel kasus dan 63 orang sampel control sehingga jumlah seluruh sampel 126 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan sampel sejumlah 126 orang, alat pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder, teknik analisa data bivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan Ibu bersalin di ruang bersalin sebagian besar berusia tidak beresiko yaitu sebanyak 57,9%, sebagian besar adalah paritas tidak beresiko yaitu sebanyak 57,4%, sebagian besar memiliki berat badan overweight yaitu sebanyak 54% dan sebagian besar tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit yaitu sebanyak 39,7%. Ibu bersalin di ruang bersalin di Rumah Sakit Balikpapan Baru tahun 2023 kejadian preeklampsia sebanyak 50%. Ada hubungan usia (p value 0,000), paritas (p value 0,000), IMT (p value 0,000) dan Riwayat penyakit (p value 0,000) dengan kejadian preeklampsia di ruang bersalin di Rumah Sakit Balikpapan Baru tahun 2023. Kesimpulan: ada hubungan usia ibu, paritas, IMT dan riwayat penyakit dengan kejadian preeklampsia di ruang bersalin di Rumah Sakit Balikpapan Baru tahun 2023 Abstract Background: AKI mortality is still high, one of which is caused by preeclampsia. The sampling technique used total sampling with a sample of 126 people, the data collection tool used secondary data, the bivariate data analysis technique used the Chi Square test. Results: Based on the results of the study, it was found that most of the women giving birth in the delivery room were of no risk age, namely 57.9%, most of them were of no risk parity, namely 57.4%, most were overweight, namely 54% and most were not. had a history of disease, namely 39.7%. Mothers giving birth in the delivery room at Balikpapan Baru Hospital in 2023 have a 50% incidence of preeclampsia. Conclusion: there is a relationship between maternal age, parity, BMI and history of disease with the incidence of preeclampsia in the delivery room at Balikpapan Baru Hospital in 2023.
