Abstract

Latar Belakang : kasus kanker servik mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ketahun dan di Kelurahan Batu Ampar jumlah kasus kanker serviks mencapai 7 orang, tetapi capaian cakupan IVA test hanya mencapai 2,04%, hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya minat WUS untuk melakukan IVA test, faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi rendahnya minat adalah pengetahuan dan sikap WUS terhadap pemeriksaan IVA test. Tujuan Penelitian : mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap WUS terhadap minat melakukan IVA test di Kelurahan Batu Ampar Balikpapan. Metode : Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Sasaran Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) yang sudah menikah dan belum pernah melakukan pemeriksaan IVA di Kelurahan Batu Ampar Balikpapan sampai bulan Desember tahun 2023 sebanyak 5.350 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Lameshow, sampel sejumlah 94 orang, alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, teknik analisa data bivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan pengetahuan Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) tentang IVA test sebagian besar kurang yaitu 47,9%. Sikap Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) tentang IVA test sebagian besar negative yaitu 62,8%. Minat wanita usia subur (WUS) melakukan IVA test sebagian besar rendah yaitu 60,6%. Ada hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) terhadap minat melakukan IVA test di Kelurahan Batu Ampar Balikpapan dengan nilai p value 0,000. Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) terhadap minat melakukan IVA test di Kelurahan Batu Ampar Balikpapan. Results: Based on the research results, it was found that the knowledge of women of childbearing age (WUS) regarding the IVA test was mostly lacking, namely 47.9%. The attitudes of women of childbearing age (WUS) regarding the IVA test were mostly negative, namely 62.8%. The interest of women of childbearing age (WUS) in carrying out an IVA test is mostly low, namely 60.6%. There is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of Women of Childbearing Age (WUS) on interest in carrying out an IVA test in Batu Ampar Village, Balikpapan with a p value of 0.000. Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of women of childbearing age (WUS) towards interest in carrying out an IVA test in Batu Ampar Village, Balikpapan.
