Abstract

Pelaksanaan Pelayanan Administrasi ASN Pensiun bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran dan menggerakkan sumber daya manusia agar tujuan dari Sub.Bagian Tata Usaha terkait kepegawaian dalam pengelolaan pensiun pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan benar benar dilaksanakan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang – undangan yang berlaku. Administrasi kepegawaian merupakan bagian dari administrasi perkantoran yang dikaitkan dengan aktivitas atau kegiatan yang mencakup masalah penggunaan pegawai atau kerjasama agar tujuan tertentu bisa tercapai. Berdasarkan dari hasil laporan yang disusun oleh penulis menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan administrasi ASN pensiun pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat sudah berjalan efektif. Walaupun masih perlu meningkatkan beberapa hal seperti sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, kecepatan dalam pelayanan, dan pemeliharaan sarana dan fasilitas kerja yang sudah ada dan memadai. Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada para ASN pensiun maka pengelola membuat terobosan baru yaitu dengan sistem layanan adminitrasi ASN pensiun pendekatan proaktif (Sistem jemput bola) ke setiap puskesmas, dimana pelaksanaannya bersamaan dengan pelaksanaan monitoring evaluasi kepegawaian. Dengan upaya peningkatan pelaksanaan pelayanan administrasi ASN pensiun pada waktu yang datang diharapkan akan cenderung lebih meningkat dan lebih baik sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Kata Kunci : Pelayanan Administrasi, ASN Pensiun FACULTY OF HEALTH SCIENCES NGUDI WALUYO UNIVERSITY MAJORING IN ADMINISTRATION AND PUBLIC HEALTH POLICY 2024 ABSTRACT SUROTO PERFORMANCE OVERVIEW OF ASN PENSION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES AT THE HEALTH SERVICE OF KOTAWARINGIN BARAT REGENCY The implementation of ASN Pension Administration Services aims to provide an overview and mobilize human resources so that the objectives of the Administration Sub-Section related to personnel in managing employee pensions in the Health Service are truly implemented in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Personnel administration is a part of office administration that is associated with activities or events that include the use of employees or cooperation so that certain goals can be achieved. Based on the results of the report compiled by the author, it shows that the administrative services for retired ASN at the Health Office of West Kotawaringin Regency have been running effectively. Although it is still necessary to improve several things such as quality human resources, speed of service, and maintenance of existing and adequate work facilities and infrastructure. To improve services to retired ASN, the management has made a new breakthrough, namely with a proactive approach to the retired ASN administrative service system (outreach system) to each health center, where its implementation is carried out simultaneously with the implementation of employee evaluation monitoring. With efforts to improve the implementation of retired ASN administrative services in the future, it is hoped that it will tend to increase and be better as expected.
